range of sauces, dry mix, mayonnaise, pasta, spreads and cereals

|
A highly experienced manager with 10 years measurable achievement in
leading Australian and multinational FMCG food manufacturers, plus five
years consulting experience to manufacturing and service industries.
Excellent ability to develop strategic plans based on corporate mission
and vision, and to implement and deliver desired outcomes from these
plans. Inclusive and
consultative management style, with strong team development skills and
experience.
Solid leadership and culture change experience.
Strong analytical skills with well developed ability to analyse
issues and develop commercially astute recommendations based on risk,
science, experience, legal requirements and liabilities, and customer
requirements.
MBA qualification from the leading Asia/Pacific business school.
